North Sunderland FC are one of the longest established amateur football clubs in the North East. The club is a progressive organisation that aims to promote and develop football in the local area. The club has recently moved to their new, state of the art ground at Seafield Park. This was funded through grants from Sport England and Ken Britton from the Seafield Caravan Park. The ground has a fantastic facilities, composed of excellent changing rooms and showers, catering facilities. The senior pitch is acknowledged as being one of the best in the area, alongside a floodlit training pitch that the U13 side use as their home pitch.
The senior team play in the Northern Alliance Development League and are managed by Alan Macfarlane. The club also has a thriving junior section with numerous FA Qualified Coaches. The Under 8, and Under 10 sides both play in the Pinpoint Saturday Glendale League Central Venue on Saturday Morning. The Under 9 and Under 15 sides play in the Pinpoint Sunday leagues. The club welcomes players at all levels.
The club has a vibrant, forward thinking committee that have instigated an ambitious development plan for the club in the coming years.
